CHURCH-SPONSORED EVENTS (Such as Bible Study class events or other church group events)

Any church-sponsored event will need to have a designated contact person to contact the church office to discuss availability and what is needed for the event.

  • All church functions will have full use of all kitchen equipment and supplies, including food and paper goods.

    • Please check the kitchen before purchasing any condiments, spices, ingredients, and/or other supplies. Please use opened items first. If you use any, please let the host/hostess know of any items that need to be replenished.

MEMBER-SPONSORED EVENTS (non-church functions)

In order to use the Worship Center, a member of the church must make the reservation.

  • Non-church members are not able to reserve the facility with the following exception:

    • Church members can reserve the facility for a family member who is not a member of the church given the church member will be in attendance of the event and act as the responsible party

In order to make a reservation, a $150.00 fee is required, regardless of membership status. The fee breakdown is as follows:

  • $50.00 (nonrefundable) - for utility usage

    • *This deposit will be refunded given the areas used are cleaned & left in order and keys are returned within 48 hrs of the event

    • *This deposit is non-refundable if you prefer to have the church custodian clean, as the $100 will be used as compensation. Please let the church secretary know of your plans BEFORE the event. Again, keys must be returned within 48 hrs of the event.

  •  All non-church functions will have full use of the kitchen equipment, but no paper goods, coffee, consumables, supplies, or items in the refrigerator or pantry, unless special arrangements have been made prior to the event.
